The Institute of Energy Professionals Africa (IEPA) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for goods and services required across our training programmes, events, and operational activities. 

Specific conditions of RFQs

• It shall remain the responsibility of the responder(s) to ensure that the quotation reaches us on or before the deadline.
• Quotations received after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
• An incomplete quotation will not be accepted.
• Quotations that lack descriptive information about services will not be accepted.
• IEPA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal/quotation either in full or part and to suspend this process and reject all quotations or part, at any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected responder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected responder(s) of the grounds for it.
• Successful respondents will receive an acceptance letter.
• Partial Quotes are not Permitted
• Period of Validity of quotes 90 Days
• Payment terms strictly 30 days from the date of order fulfilment.
• No hidden costs, all fees must be specified on the quotation including branding and set-up
  fees.
• By submitting this RFQ you agree to all terms and conditions, specifications and requirements contained in this document.
